What do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of custom cakes, cupcakes, chocolate-covered treats, and dessert tables.

Where can I find your menu & pricing information?
When you submit an inquiry on our website, a detailed email will be sent over to you providing you with our menu & pricing guide.

How much are your cakes and treats?
We do not have a set price for our products since they are customized to your needs and wants.

Do you offer cake tasting?
Yes! We offer in-person cake tastings for a fee. When you submit an inquiry through our website, we will provide you with a very detailed menu of what is included in your cake tasting as well as the cost.

Do you offer dessert tastings?
Yes, we offer a custom dessert tasting that allows you to sample 6 different desserts. This tasting option is for two people at the cost of $100.
Do you offer dietary restriction products?
At this time, I do not offer any dietary restriction desserts (ie. Gluten-free, keto, vegan). My kitchen is not a nut-free kitchen, but I do take the proper steps to try to avoid any cross-contamination.

Do you provide the cake stands and dessert stands?
At this moment we do not provide the stands but we are looking into that as an option for customers to rent.

Can you make a cake or treats like the photo I sent?
I appreciate the inspirational photos but being that I am not the original baker of the items that you are requesting, I cannot make it exactly like what is pictured but I will do my best to replicate them. Also, remember that a lot of photos you find online have filters to enhance the photo.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We deliver but there is a fee for delivery based on location.

How much is the deposit?
A 50% non-refundable but transferable deposit is due in order to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the scheduled pickup date. If you are paying in cash, you are still required to pay a deposit and the remaining balance 14 days before pickup

What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash (USD) or I can send an invoice (all major debit/credit cards accepted). If you are paying by card, there will be a 3% service charge added to your total.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit so please be serious when placing your order. If you need to change your pickup date, it must be changed 14 days before the scheduled pickup date. I will do my best to accommodate the new date but if I am booked, then there is nothing that I can do. If for any reason I (the baker) cancel your order, you will receive 100% of your refund. Once the cake leaves my possession, it is no longer my responsibility. When transporting the cake, place it on a flat surface in the vehicle (not the seat).

Can I make changes to my order?
All quotes are given based on the information that you provided. If anything needs to be changed, then an additional charge can occur. If you are requesting to change the cake flavor after the deposit has been made, a $20 fee will be added to your final total.

How far in advance should I reach out for an order?
The sooner the better. It's never too early to secure a date. We currently have weddings booked 8 months out and we request at least 2-3 weeks for special events.
